Management Trainee Officer – Production

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our Production team, specifically focusing on stitching and finishing operations. The ideal candidate will support daily production activities, ensure quality standards, and assist in driving operational efficiency across denim stitching and finishing lines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist line managers and production supervisors in daily stitching and finishing operations.
  • Monitor production flow, target achievement, and operator performance.
  • Support in identifying bottlenecks and improving line balancing.
  • Maintain production reports, efficiency sheets, and WIP records.
  • Ensure implementation of safety, compliance, and company policies on the production floor.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing or related field.
  • Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced production environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
